We value your satisfaction and accept returns or exchanges on orders for any product received incorrectly by our shipping department or have a manufacturing defect. If an exact replacement is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase Solar Escape will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the shipment date. All of our products can be returned for an exchange except for our G-string, thong and tonga bottom, underwear, tanning lotion, custom and sale items.

We DO NOT except returns on our G-string, thong and tonga bottom, underwear, tanning lotion, custom designed and sale items.

All exchanges must be made within 15 days from your invoice date. Returns must be received no later than 15 days from the date you placed your order for a refund. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason later than 15 calendar days from your order date. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address. We never refund shipping and handling charges.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged on returns/refunds. Returns with a value exceeding $500.00 will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to change our return policy at any giving time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes excessive returns and exchanges. Any fraudulent activities are reported to your local police department for prosecution. You should ensure the accuracy of your entire order before placing your order to avoid returns and exchanges.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CAN NOT be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you 50% of items cost and return the items to you.

If you wish to exchange an item, please enclose the original invoice with your securely packed item(s) and state the reason for your return. All tags must be attached to the garments (NO exceptions). We offer no warranty once the tags are removed.

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please follow the directions below for return of your item.
